Join Our Easter Celebration

WOC holds its community-wide Easter services at the Middle Tennessee State University campus. Thousands of people will gather in the Murphy Center for two special services Saturday, March 30 at 6:00 pm and Sunday, March 31 at 10:00 a.m. The services feature special music, performance, Biblical storytelling and more.

The WOC Children's Ministry Department brings their entire program to MTSU with planned activities for all children, nursery through 3rd grade. Every child hears the Easter story, told in a host of creative ways designed especially for each age group, as well as sharing in games, music and fun activities. Highlighting the children's activities for the 3 year olds is Miss Patty Cake, a brightly costumed and enthusiastic character, who shares the Easter story in a special program. Lil’K and host, Kai, are the special guests for the 4 & 5 year olds, taking the children on an Easter story journey with an interactive multimedia-based program. Yancy is back to lead both the 4’s & 5’s and Kindergarten-3rd grades in praise and worship. K-3rd grades programming also features Johnny Rogers’ KidMo Live, with dynamic biblical lessons and fun, fast-paced humor.

For this special Easter event, convenient shuttles and greeters are positioned at MTSU parking lots for easy entrance and exit to and from the event.
