All Things New

Sermon Description

God didn’t create the world and step out of the story. The Bible is filled with times when God engaged in the lives of humans and impacted outcomes on their behalf, and His creativity is still at work for us today. Until the end of the age when God steps into human history and makes all things new, we have a message for the world: There is a God. He cares about you. He has a plan for your life.

Sermon Description

The most binding word in all of Scripture for an agreement is “covenant.” When Jesus established a new covenant between God and man through the shedding of His blood, He changed the potential for every aspect of our lives—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and materially. Pastor Allen Jackson reminds us that God continues to make all things new.

Sermon Description

Planet earth is not going to continue on as is, uninterrupted, forever. There’s a new beginning ahead of us, and it will be preceded by a conclusion, when Jesus returns. Until that day, we don’t have to live in fear of the passing away of this world’s system. If you’ve trusted Jesus of Nazareth as Lord of your life, something far better is ahead for you!

Sermon Description

The creative expressions of God did not end in the early chapters of Genesis. In fact, His greatest creativity is ahead of us. As Jesus-followers, we have a new name, a new hope, a new family, a new purpose, and a new Helper in the Holy Spirit. He has promised to make all things new in eternity—a new world and world order that will be wonderful beyond our imagination.
